CX Lending LLC d/b/a Lords of Lending ("we", "us", "our") operates the Lords of Lending training platform at learn.lordsoflending.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.
Email address, name (from OAuth profile or provided at signup), authentication provider used (Google, Microsoft, or email/password).
Course progress, quiz scores, time spent on lessons, certificates earned, module completion status.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card data on our servers. We retain only: Stripe customer ID, subscription status, billing period dates, and transaction history for invoicing.
Browser type and version, device information, IP address (at time of consent), pages visited, access timestamps, referring URLs.
If you opt in to marketing communications, we record your consent with timestamp and version for compliance.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

The Lords of Lending training platform is designed for financial industry professionals and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
